Home / school communication

Newsletters, FOS and Class letters:  Letters are emailed home via Tucasi. If you are not currently subscribed, the completed sign-up form can be printed and returned or emailed to the school office. Copies of weekly newsletters, class letters and FOS letters can also be found via the Information and News menu.

‘Meet the teacher’ sessions are held at the beginning of the Autumn term. These meetings give parents the opportunity to meet their children’s new teacher and ask any questions about new routines and systems.

Year group pages:  Curriculum pages give an overview of the topics that will be covered by each group each term, together with any key information for the Year groups.

Parent sharing:  Parents are often invited into school at the end of a topic – these sessions are usually held at the end of the school day and vary in format from formal presentations, home learning project exhibitions and musical recitals to sampling food and technology creations.

Reports:  A written report with details of academic progress, personal and social behavior and targets for the next year is sent to parents in July.

Open evening:  This is a chance to celebrate all that has been achieved over the last year and is held at the end of the summer term.
